The Entrepreneurship Launch Pad Programme was successfully conducted during 19–23 January 2026 at the Innovation Lab, RMSOEE. The five-day intensive programme was designed to nurture early-stage innovators and aspiring founders by guiding them through the complete journey from idea discovery to investor-ready pitch, inspired by the Innovation Framework of Prof. Vivek Wadhwa, global innovation leader.

The programme featured interactive lectures, mentoring clinics, and hands-on sessions delivered by Prof. Vivek Wadhwa along with RMSOEE faculty members. Key thematic areas included exponential technologies, human-centered design, future technology foresight, technology commercialization, and go-to-market strategies. Participants worked in teams to refine problem statements aligned with global priorities such as AI, robotics, energy, and deep-tech innovation.

The programme culminated in a Founder Pitch Showcase, where teams presented their ventures before an expert jury panel. Outstanding teams were recognized with awards for Best Innovation, Best Social Impact, and Best Deep-Tech Venture, and selected ideas were identified for potential need-based funding and further incubation support.
