Marking a new voice for innovation and entrepreneurship

On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, the Rajendra Mishra School of Engineering Entrepreneurship (RMSoEE), IIT Kharagpur, officially launched its inaugural newsletter Udyomita. The launch was led by the Director, Prof. Suman Chakraborty, marking a significant step in strengthening RMSoEE’s outreach and thought leadership.

The newsletter is designed as a window into the evolving ecosystem of innovation at RMSoEE. As seen in the March 2026 | Issue 1 edition , Udyomita brings together stories of research, entrepreneurship, student achievements, and institutional initiatives under one platform.

In the inaugural issue, Dr. Bhaskar Bhowmick highlights RMSoEE’s vision of nurturing entrepreneurial minds that combine empathy with execution. The newsletter reinforces this direction by showcasing how ideas are translated into real-world solutions that address societal challenges .
