As part of CCEC 2026, a Workshop on “Design Process, Systems & Design Thinking” was conducted on 15 January 2026 at the Innovation Lab, RMSOEE. The workshop was delivered by Prof. Sekhar Mukherjee.

The Cultural & Creative Entrepreneurship Challenge invites aspiring innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs to pitch transformative ideas that celebrate culture, creativity, and community impact. The Challenge serves as an excellent platform for UG, PG students, research scholars, and faculty members to showcase their cultural and creative venture ideas, demonstrate entrepreneurial skills, build meaningful networks, and compete for exciting prizes.

The Entrepreneurship Launch Pad Programme was successfully conducted during 19–23 January 2026 at the Innovation Lab, RMSOEE. The five-day intensive programme was designed to nurture early-stage innovators and aspiring founders by guiding them through the complete journey from idea discovery to investor-ready pitch, inspired by the Innovation Framework of Prof. Vivek Wadhwa, global innovation leader.

She Innovates 2026, hosted by the Rajendra Mishra School of Engineering Entrepreneurship (RMSoEE), IIT Kharagpur, brought together a strong community of women innovators from across disciplines. Held on 5–6 March 2026, the event focused on turning ideas into actionable solutions across key social, technological, and sustainability themes.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, the Rajendra Mishra School of Engineering Entrepreneurship (RMSoEE), IIT Kharagpur, officially launched its inaugural newsletter Udyomita. The launch was led by the Director, Prof. Suman Chakraborty, marking a significant step in strengthening RMSoEE’s outreach and thought leadership.
